The following is a paid review and is completely of my own opinion and is not influenced by being paid. If you’re interested in having me review your site or product, please view my advertising page.

Before I was approached to review PPC Bully I had already read a few reviews and I was actually considering getting it and checking it out. Every review I had read was revolving around the point this software was one of the best (if not) of its kind.

From watching the guided tour video which can be found here, PPC Bully does look like some impressive software to eliminate a lot of the trial and error that comes with affiliate marketing.

    PPC Bully

The steps are easy to follow which makes it great for everyone – regardless of level of skill. All that is required from yourself is to pick which keywords you want to track, enter them into a campaign and then PPC Bully will do the rest.

They claim that within 24 hours you will begin receiving valuable data about your keywords. One of the best things in my opinion is not only will it show you which keywords you should be targeting, it will also show you how many ads are triggered with that key phrase and more importantly how many are profitable.

You can then dig down into each key phrase to find out more information such as the specific ads used, the landing pages they redirect to and the time of the day each ad is showing. As you can see by simply knowing this information you can cut a great deal of testing out.

Another impressive feature called The Bully, it will basically allow you to scan the competition every hour to find out as much information about the chosen key phrases as possible. Again, this will cut out a great deal of time when it comes to tweaking and monitoring your campaign.

    Cost

PPC Bully costs just $49/month, which seems to be the average cost of tools in the affiliate marketing industry. That monthly fee will give you the following:

    • Unlimited projects
    • Support for 40+ affiliate networks
    • Ability to trace keywords, ads, landing pages, affiliate IDs and much more

If you are having second thoughts whether you would benefit from PPC Bully just remember that they have a full 60 day money back guarantee. It would be interesting to try and trace the niche I’m working in to see if the results are as true as they claim.

  1. Huh? Where do you tell us if it works or if it’s any good? Strange review !

    Hi Richard,

have you actually used PPC Bully since?

If yes, what are your impressions, and how do you use it effectively in your work routine?

Am wondering if this would be something useful for me.

  4. Hey Florian,

To be totally honest I don’t use a lot of paid tools, I’m one for using my own head and working through things that way.

In the beginning I would probably suggest that you can get to grips with everything while keeping costs down, there are tools which help like speed ppc etc but I would take the time and not cut corners when starting.

  5. @Richard, I am beginning to think the best way to learn and retain everything is to do as much as you can yourself without the use of tools. I am sure these tools can help you get started with a campaign quickly and save you a lot of time but there is nothing more valuable than having all this knowledge in your head.

If PPC Bully was so good, why would he come up with crappy stats like this?

    Daily Adwords (PPC) Ad Budget:
    $0.00 – $0.00
Avg. Ad Position / # Advertisers:
    N/A
    Daily Organic (SEO) Traffic Value:
    $1.73 – $7.54
Paid vs. Organic Clicks Per Day:
    0.00 / 3.06

PPC bully gets more clicks from organic results VS paid advertising. According to my Keyword tool, PPC Bully only advertised using PPC in June of 09, well over a year ago. probably got slapped by Google for using unrelated keywords like Free PDA (LMFAO), clickbank make money and other non-sense keywords. Nowadays, Google wants targeted searches, that’s why they give you the keyword suggestions tool! Go out of what Google suggests and you’re just asking to get slapped.
