First Day Of Campaign 2
-
As you will have read I launched my second official campaign which had a fair bit to live up to because my first profited right from day one. I know that this is quite rare so I didn’t get my hopes up too much but threw it up and closely monitored it as I didn’t set a daily spending limit as I had a fair bit of confidence.
For those that haven’t had chance to read my other case study here is how my first campaign performed on its first day:
Impressions: 18,097
Clicks: 139
CTR: 0.77%
Avg CPC: $0.38
Cost: $52.84
Revenue: $56.00
Profit: $3.16
ROI: 5.98I was psyched about making that profit, even though it was only small it was my first real achievement in affiliate marketing.
So, 2 weeks later and I have campaign number 2 up and running, how did this perform on it’s very first day?
Impressions: 26,318
Clicks: 200
CTR: 0.76%
Avg CPC: $0.41
Cost: $81.81
Revenue: $150.00
Profit: $68.19
ROI: 83.35That’s quite an improvement from my first so I must be doing something right, I have done the tuning as per the first campaign to try and get that CTR up to above 1% and maximize profits again.

Hi Richard, I found your blog through Keith’s latest link luv post.
I am very glad that he posted a link over to your blog. I am in roughly the same place as you as far as affiliate marketing is concerned other then the fact that I am losing money and not making it. That will change though still testing out offers and what not.
It’s great to see that you have found offers that have done well for you. I ‘ll have to read through all of your posts to find out just what you are doing and then apply that information and see if it works out for me.
Keep up the great work, will surely be subscribing to your feed.

Hey Jarret, first off I’m glad you will be subscribing – I’m actually hooked on my blog and enjoy writing updates on my status and what I find works for me.
I wouldn’t be where I am (although it’s nothing to brag about) if others didn’t teach me about this industry so I want to provide as much as I can to others.
Being new to affiliate marketing I love speaking to other people – regardless of how they are performing as networking is akey element of affiliate marketing, if you wanna chat over AIM or anything feel free to add me, my screen name is richard30bonner

I forgot how I found your blog but it’s a great read. I’m just starting out so to read your tips and your success so far keeps me motivated. There’s so much information out there and sometimes it can feel crazy. But I’m just trying to stay positive.
