Dont Get Caught up With Stats

This is my first post on my iPhone so I have no idea how it will format itself or anything so bare with me.

Anyway, I’ve been watching the stats of my campaign for a couple of weeks now and it can get very overwhelming in the fact they will fluctuate on a daily basis. Some fluctuations will be much higher than average – don’t panic.

It’s great to see how your campaigns are doing on a daily basis but you can’t let that interfere with your emotions. If one day you make $300 profit, don’t run off and celebrate too early. The next day it could lose money!

After speaking to another affiliate on a daily basis it’s finally sunk in, cheers Jon ;)

To get a better overview of a campaign try to ignore your daily stats. I know from experiance that it can be difficult, whether you are making a profit or loss. Try to look at it on a weekly or monthly basis instead.

However this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be tuning and tweaking your campaign daily to ensure it’s going in the right direction.
