Don’t Forget Your Offer
-
The last few months I have been concentrating on a current campaign that has shown potential rather than trying new niches/products to try and scale my earnings up using various tactics such as:
• Adding more keywords
• Playing with bids
• Split testing my landing page
• EtcThe reason for this post is because once I found my winning offer I didn’t really go back to it and try out other offers to see if I could increase my EPC. Have you ever thought that advertisers know a good converting offer page and then begin to tweak their own to try and beat it?
If there are any new offers in your niche you should be trying them to see how they perform, it only takes a couple of minutes and depending on your volume it could have a huge increase on your revenue/profit margin.
If you use prosper202 or tracking202 then you can easily rotate your urls by going to :
• #3 Aff Campaigns
• Edit the desired offer
• Click rotate urls to yes and insert up to 5 urls to rotateWhat I tend to do is copy my current best performer and use that url for #1 and #2 then use the new offer you are testing as #3, that way you are only sacrificing 1/3 of your traffic if the offer sucks, depending on your preference and profit margin you may want to use 1/4 or 1/5 of your traffic to play it safe.

While going with a consistent performer is great, it’s always good to test new offers. You don’t want to put all your eggs in one basket. Better to have a backup (or 2) in case the advertiser removes the offer, you can keep your earnings up without missing a beat.

Thanks for pointing that out for me! Prosper202 is getting better and better every day.
But I’m not sure how I could use this feature rotating between different affiliate url’s. I’m assuming people are clicking out to one specific offer, right? And I’m also assuming that there’s only one affiliate url for that offer. So, why would I rotate different affiliate url’s for my landing page (that only has one offer).
Maybe I’m missing something here…
