Blog Income Report: January 2009
-
Having this blog make any money at all is great, posting my updates and plans gives me the motivation to keep pushing myself – especially if people are reading them. It also gives me a timeline of my progress into affiliate marketing. I think it will be good to check this time in 6 months, 1 year, etc to see how I have come across.
I have already checked back to my first day in affiliate marketing which was 12th August 2008 and I made $56 in revenue
– fast forward a few months and I broke my first $2,000 day.Anyway January this blog made $725.24 in total, again the majority of that was from referrals to Ads4Dough so I’m not going to break it down.

Hey Richard
Are you into affiliate marketing full time or are you still sticking with whatever job you may have.

Hey Richard,
Nice blog. I like your blog. I saw your affiliate marketing January results post. Your post inspired me to post mine too. I mentioned your blog as well in my post. Great stuff.

Louie – At the moment I work part time at affiliate marketing, I still have my 9-5 as a stable income to be on the safe side. Who knows what the future will bring though
Niche Affiliate Marketing – I saw you mentioned by blog post, thanks. Keep up the hard work too.

Hey Richard,
I wasn’t aware you have a 9 to 5 and working on this part time. Most people do this full time so I just assumed you’re also one those guys doing this 24/7.
Anyhow, the reason I’m saying this is because I also work 9 to5 and run my affiliate marketing business part time. I think we both are testament to people out there wondering that you need to be doing this full time to pul numbers like we do. $20k – $30k. Actually the motto of my blog is “making full-time income from part time-affiliate marketing”. It’s possible do this part time earn a living.

Hey Louie – I did actually respond to it a couple of hours ago but for some reason it bounced back into my unsent, anyhow – I’ve resent it so take a look
Niche Affiliate Marketing – I 100% agree with you, to tell you the truth I’ve been slacking with getting more stuff up and running to take things to the next level, perhaps because I have that stable income (well more stable). It’s actually a goal of mine this year to push myself to get into the higher sset of numbers.
It would be really good if I can reach the 6 figure a month club pretty soon.

If I can make 2000$ per day I can quit any job, but you must have your own reason for doing that.

China, my main reasoning is that it’s not a guaranteed wage and I have rent, a car, phone and other bills that I need to pay each month.
In the future when I have say 3-5+ campaigns making a steady income it’s a different story because the chances of all of them going down is far slimmer opposed to have 1 main campaign bringing all the money in.
