    It hates me to post results when there’re not record breaking months, first off here’s how I did and then I will go on to explain some changes that happened:

    Revenue = $14,979.20
    Spend = $11,674.89

    Profit = $3,304.31

    One of the major reasons revenue has gone down is that I think the life of my main campaign has come to an end so that’s a massive drop in both revenue/profit.

    I have been also testing new campaigns/traffic sources that didn’t turn out good which is another reason profits are low, that’s pretty much all there is that accounts for the slow month.

    This month I have been carrying on testing new sources outside Google/Yahoo to try and get campaigns profitable. I can actually see myself making a loss this month if the media buys don’t go to planned. Fingers crossed they do (at I at least find something that works :P )

  1. Hey Richard,

    In the long run this may be the best thing that ever happened. You are now motivated to diversify and you will surely succeed. Then you will probably continue to diversify even when you start making record profits again as you don’t want the same thing to happen.

    But at the same time you are still making reasonable money while all this is going on! Best of luck Richard!

    Life is still livable at that income and you still have a cushion from the better months, so all is still well. Just make sure you find some other traffic sources and build some awesome campaigns.

  5. It’s not bad compared to ordinary 9-5 day jobs. Keep up the good work and diversify your campaigns and you will one day back to the record breaking months again.
